Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products or visit your club's dedicated shop, select your preferred size and colour, add any available personalisation and proceed to checkout.

Can I order more than one item?

Absolutely. You can add multiple products, sizes and colours to your basket before checking out.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

Delivery & Production

How long will my order take?

Our made-to-order clubwear typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch. This allows time for preparation, personalisation and production.

Delivery times for other products may vary. Any applicable lead times will be communicated during the ordering process.

How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

Can I track my order?

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Sizing & Personalisation

How do I choose the correct size?

We recommend checking the relevant product size guide before ordering. Sizing can vary between garments, so please don't assume every product will fit identically.

Can I add initials to my clubwear?

Selected clubwear products offer optional initials personalisation. Where available, you can enter up to three initials on the product page before adding the item to your basket.

Can I order clubwear without initials?

Yes. Initials are optional unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with your Pitch & Performance purchase.

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

Personalised products, including clothing customised with your initials, name, number or club crest, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or isn't as described, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs are helpful where available.

We'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Please contact us to discuss a size exchange. For eligible standard products unworn we will arrange and exchange.

Personalised products generally cannot be exchanged because the wrong size was selected, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We'll investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.

Club Shops & Teamwear

How do I order clothing for my club?

If your club has a dedicated Pitch & Performance shop, simply visit its collection and order the products you need directly.

Can Pitch & Performance create a club shop for our team?

Yes! We provide bespoke sportswear and clubwear solutions for grassroots teams, clubs and organisations. Every club is different so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can we have our own colours, badge and sponsors?

Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke teamwear, allowing clubs to develop their own identity with custom colours, designs, badges and sponsor branding.
