All Pitch & Performance items are made to order.

Because of the custom and bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Personalised or club-specific items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item is faulty

• There is a manufacturing defect

• The incorrect item was supplied

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
